For the first two Australian CD albums and consequent singles (not including the last 3 singles from "Gold Against the Soul" that weren't released here!) all promotional copies had sleeves that had the legend "Promotion Only Not For Sale". For some reason the first issues started life as "gold" coloured but the latter ended up being "silver". For all promo singles from (and including) the "Everything Must Go" album they just had a sticker saying " Sample Product Not For Sale". "The Holy Bible" wasn't released here until after "Everything Must Go" hence no singles were released and it wasn't until the last album "This is my truth tell me yours" that actual promo copies with their own catalogue numbers were pressed..
