Most European issues followed their UK counterparts with the odd exceptions. Holland always appears to churn out a 2 track CD issue and these items are always the harder ones to get hold of. There have been a few unique promos, such as the German "Motorcycle Emptiness" 1 track CD and just about any item from Spain as well as the unique commercially released recordings like the limited edition 2 CD set for the Dutch issued "The Everlasting". Some items that I would have thought would follow the trend I have never seen for sale so if anybody has a Dutch 2 track card sleeve for "Faster" please let me know!
